We serve New Orleans and seven surrounding parishes: Jefferson, St. Bernard, Plaquemines, St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, St. Tammany and southern Tangipahoa. Our service office is in Mid-City on Banks St and our head office is in Slidell. If you are near the edge of this area, call and we will tell you straight whether we can reach you.
New Orleans, from Mid-City outward
Our service office is on Banks St in Mid-City, and most of our calls come from Orleans Parish. That covers the old raised houses of Mid-City, Uptown, the Marigny and Esplanade Ridge, where condenser placement and duct routing have to respect the building and, in the historic districts, the preservation review. It also covers the slab neighborhoods of Lakeview, Gentilly and New Orleans East, where the ducts and air handler sit in the attic and much of the equipment went in after 2005. Algiers Point and the rest of the West Bank of Orleans Parish are part of the same territory.

East Jefferson: Metairie and Kenner
Metairie and Kenner are next door and on our regular routes. The housing is mostly mid-century and later slab construction with attic air handlers, which means we spend a lot of time there on duct sealing, frozen coils and system replacements. Commercial work along the main corridors is part of it too.
The Westbank: Gretna, Harvey and Marrero
Across the river we cover Gretna, Harvey and Marrero in Jefferson Parish. The work there looks much like East Jefferson: aging split systems, drain problems in humid attics, and replacements that often come with an raised stand.

St. Bernard: Chalmette
Downriver, we serve Chalmette. Much of it was rebuilt after 2005, so a lot of the equipment there is coming due for replacement now, and post-storm inspections are a regular part of hurricane season.
The Northshore: Slidell and St. Tammany
Our head office is in Slidell, which gives us a base on the Northshore side of Lake Pontchartrain. From there we cover Slidell, Lacombe and Pearl River, and west along the lake to Mandeville and Covington. Homes on the Northshore tend to be larger and newer, with more heat pumps and more zoned systems than the city side.
Which office your call goes to
Calls come in to one phone number and are routed to whichever office is closer. South shore addresses, including everything in Orleans, Jefferson and St. Bernard parishes, are handled from the Mid-City service office. Northshore addresses are handled from Slidell. During heat waves and after storms, when call volume jumps across the whole metro, both offices share the load, and the most urgent calls are dispatched first wherever they are.
Hurricane season changes the rhythm of the work more than the map. After a storm we prioritize safety inspections and restarts, then repairs, then replacements, and we tell every caller honestly where they are in that order.

We do not run regular routes to Baton Rouge, Houma, Grand Isle or the lower end of Plaquemines Parish. Addresses at the far edges, like northern Tangipahoa Parish, the west bank of St. John the Baptist Parish or the lower river below Belle Chasse, depend on the day and the job. Call and we will tell you honestly, and if we cannot reach you in reasonable time we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
