AC and heating service for the Northshore and St. Tammany Parish

The Northshore grew fast in the decades after the 1970s, and much of the housing is newer than on the south shore: larger homes, two-story plans, bonus rooms over garages and more heat pumps. That brings comfort problems the older city rarely has, like upstairs rooms that run several degrees warmer, and systems that need zoning or careful balancing rather than more tonnage.

The pines are the other constant. Spring pollen coats condensers and clogs filters, and needles collect around outdoor units. Closer to the lake, Slidell neighborhoods flooded in Hurricane Katrina, and many homes were rebuilt or raised afterward, which put condensers on stands and air handlers in new places.

Slidell is our base, with Pearl River and Lacombe a short drive away. Along the I-12 corridor we cover Mandeville, Covington, Abita Springs and Madisonville, and the Causeway connects the parish to our south shore work. North of Covington and Pearl River the roads get longer, so call and we will tell you honestly how soon we can reach you.
