About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to service arranged through it or through our phone number. By using the site or calling us, you agree to them.

Who performs the work

Central Heating & AC Repair performs service calls with its own technicians. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies, or when our schedule is full, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider so you still get help quickly. When that happens, the provider who takes the job is responsible for its own work, pricing and scheduling, and availability and pricing can vary by provider. You should confirm licensing and insurance with any provider before work begins.

Telephone contact and consent

By calling us, you agree that we may call you back at the number you called from, or a number you give us, about your service request. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded for quality, training and dispute resolution where permitted by law. Where required, you will be told that a call is being recorded.

Call transfer and forwarding

Calls may be transferred between our offices or, when we are unavailable, forwarded to another trusted local provider. Forwarding is a courtesy to avoid leaving you without help and is not the primary purpose of this site.

Estimates and pricing

Prices for repairs and installations are given before work starts. Cost figures published in our guides are market ranges for planning purposes only and are not quotes or offers.
