AC and heating service in Destrehan homes

Destrehan's subdivisions are full of homes with big open rooms, high ceilings and second floors. Many were built with a single system expected to cool everything, and the result is often a cold downstairs and a warm upstairs.

Newer homes are also tighter, which holds humidity in. A system that is oversized cools quickly but shuts off before it dries the air, and the house feels damp. Zoning, correct sizing and a dedicated dehumidifier solve problems that a bigger unit would make worse.

Destrehan also sits close to the plants along the river, and the air around industrial corridors can leave a film on outdoor coils that dulls their performance over a season. Washing the outdoor coil during a spring tune-up keeps the system from losing capacity just as the hottest months arrive.

Destrehan is on our routes in St. Charles Parish, reached from Mid-City by I-10 and I-310, and often paired with calls in Kenner.
