Heating and cooling service in Kenner, near the airport and the lake

South Kenner, near the river, has older streets and smaller homes, while the subdivisions north toward the lake are newer and larger, many with two floors on one system. Those houses bring a familiar complaint: a comfortable downstairs and an upstairs that never cools down in the afternoon.

Around Louis Armstrong International Airport and along Williams Boulevard, hotels, apartments and offices make up a big share of the work. Many hotel rooms run on packaged terminal units, which need regular cleaning and fast swaps when one fails.

Kenner's position at the western edge of the east bank also puts it close to the lake and the airport's open ground, where summer storms hit hard and fast. Lightning and power flickers are a common cause of the failed control boards we replace here, and a surge protector at the outdoor unit is a sensible addition on newer, more electronic systems.

Kenner is the western end of our east bank route in Jefferson Parish, reached by I-10 from Mid-City. We pair Kenner calls with Metairie and Destrehan runs, so a technician is often close by.
